We collect personal details including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to provide you with information or to reply to your queries. If you order goods or services, we may also require your credit card details (depending on your method of payment). We will not collect any personal information about you without your consent. We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information you give us and will only keep the information as long as is necessary to support these purposes.

When you place orders through this site or access your account information, we automatically send you to a secure password protected server; you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone who is not entitled to access the application.

We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type. This information is statistical data about users' browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual. It is used to inform improvements to the website, for system administration, and to report aggregate information to third parties.

An Examquest licence enables users to access OCR questions, mark schemes and examiner comments. We ask that you take care that the content which is owned by OCR and Examquest technology is not used by anyone without the appropriate licence.

The policy below applies to materials generated through ExamQuest:

• All materials generated through Examquest can only be reproduced for teaching purposes by users who are covered by the institutional licence.
• The materials produced through Examquest may be shared between licence holding institutions only.
• Institutions may not reproduce Examquest content for the purpose of selling the materials to students or any third party.
• Permission to make OCR materials available online must be obtained in writing from Doublestruck, creators of ExamQuest. Please Note: Permission to reproduce items where third-party owned materials protected by copyright is included has been sought and cleared by OCR, where possible. Conditions of Order

• An Examquest licence provides your organisation with a site licence.
• When you place an order, you may be required to provide a valid email address, which we can use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order.
• Once an order is confirmed and licences are activated you can not change or cancel the subjects you have subscribed to.
• A purchase order or school reference number may be required to complete your order and activate your licence.
• Prices may be subject to change and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• Our payment terms are 30 days. Delayed or non-payment of invoices will result in suspension of your account.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice.
